Seattle Breaking displays publicly available dispatch information from the City of Seattle's open data portal, categorized and visualized for convenience. The Site is an independent news aggregator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the City of Seattle, the Seattle Fire Department, the Seattle Police Department, or any other government agency.

2. Not an emergency service

The Site is not a substitute for 911 or any emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately. Information on the Site may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and should never be relied upon for decisions that affect personal safety.

Dispatch data is sourced from upstream City of Seattle datasets and is provided "as is." We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information shown. Addresses displayed are approximate and are drawn from the source data; they should not be treated as authoritative. The Site may occasionally show incidents that were subsequently reclassified, cancelled, or determined to be false alarms.

The design, code, and categorization logic of the Site are © Seattle Breaking. You may link to the Site and share individual incident pages; please contact us for any other reuse.

The Site displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other ad networks. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seattle Breaking and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its information.
